Happiness - 1

Firstly, A Happy and Prosperous New Year to all of you and your family.
Dear friends, as of now, I am here to discuss about the reasons and solutions of Quick loss of temper.
Well, According to my knowledge there are 3 reasons behind a person's quick loss of temper :
> Inherited - This might happen , because individual's parents may had the same nature earlier .
> Acquired - This may sound a bit odd but it's the main reason in most of the people. As it says ' Anger is the best possible way to hide your feelings and emotions '. Sometimes just because of your rude nature, you get exactly what you want.
( Mostly if a person is head of a family,  company or that current situation).
As nobody wants to hurt your feelings or just because of a sense of fear that, situation may get out of control, they allow you to do what you want.  And finally you take it for granted.
> Pathetic Decision making - This is because, you don't know how to handle different situations. If someone says something wrong about you or your family or anything related to you, you simply decide to do something very wrong without a cross check.

Best way to control this is -
 - When you're in a bad situation,
'Do Nothing ' at that particular moment. And later go give a thought and then decide later on.
- Read Good books ( like - God father , The Secret, Rich dad Poor dad etc.  and some biographies etc.)
- Watch biopics and some other good movies ( like - Life is beautiful etc. )
And please, please, please don't watch TV if you want to succeed.
Thank you all and see you again.

  1. There is one more reason for short temper, irritating people and relatives. Of course we should not watch television very much but Game of Thrones should not be missed, strict order.
