Dear friends, please once again recall some of the worst situations happened in your life. And you will find the reason behind is that, By one way or the another your negative emotions were triggered.
So, the biggest question is, how to control those situation and how to control your emotions ?
Here are a few do's for you :
- If completely worst situation, do nothing.
- If heart broking situation, keep yourself engaged in one way or the another. Litsen to some good music , go for the photos and videos of good old days.
- If revengeful , just smile and walk away. Cause
" Revenge is the best medicine , surved cold."
- If cheated, again do nothing. Engaged yourself in different works. Don't cry for that person , cause
" You can't convince a Monkey that Honey is Sweeter than Banana."
And there are many more situations and many more ways you can find. But the final outcome should be - control on our emotions.
Now , we will discuss about the strongest emotion - Sex. ( Literally, it's a type of attraction for opposite gender.)
Well, as I have earlier said it can work in both the ways. So for that, understanding the difference is important.
There is a famous saying that,
" Behind every successful man , there is a successful women."
Because, when this emotion is added with the emotions of love and romance, man achieve much more than he is actually capable of. Actually, the key role here is of a good and supportive wife or a female friend.
At the same, take an example of the heinous crime around you. Here, this emotion is mixed with the emotions of greed or anger or hatred or revenge.
Now, you can easily guess the difference.
It may take time to have a deep knowledge of emotions and it roles.
But once learned, you can be a winner.
