Namaste ! Dear Friends. Today I am going to tell you something very interesting and familiar to each one of you.
In our entire life, we are always busy and in tension of something or the other. Accept for childhood period , in every single step of life we have something to worry about. As we grow up , the tension of getting good marks in exam, then good results in college, love life etc. Then , we get married and the tension rises to an incredible level. So, the biggest question is why this happens ?
Well , let me tell you that It's just because of our failure to set our priority. We always make mistakes in judging the situation and it's demand for the amount and type of action it needs.
The second reason is our strong belief in that worry. Means, when we think about something that it won't happen or it should not be there and we try to be positive, then also in one way or another we are convinced from inside that ' It may happen.'
So, How to deal with these two major reason behind our stress or worry ?
