Solutions against worries

Hello friends ! It's been a bit long, since my last post. My apologies for that. Well, Today I am going to tell you the ways to overcome your worries.

Here, the first way is - time management. Believe it or not , time is the only thing in this world, that can be shaped according to our mindset.
At every moment , time is defined by our way of thinking.
If you are sad or waiting, time will be slow.
If you are happy or late, time will be fast etc.
So, if you are able to manage time , you will always have a choice with your actions. You will be able to find out, what type actions are required or how should you react to that particular situation.

Then comes, the second way. That is -  Learn to leave in present.
It's common in all of us that , when we are in college or office , we think of what to do next, after the college or office time is over.
For example, In class 12th students thinks for his/her UG. At UG, they think for their jobs/ placements etc. These situations varies from person to person. And when you see around, you will notice that everyone does the same thing.

So, please be punctual and leave in your present and make maximum use of it.
And if you are still worried about something then, let me tell you that studies have found that about 70% of things we worried about, never happens.

( Note : While discussing about the 2nd way, I was giving example of worries, please Do not compare it with your Dreams. )
